Article 1 (Purpose)

The purpose of these Terms is to stipulate the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and the User regarding the use of Wipet (hereinafter referred to as the "Service").

Article 2 (Definitions)

1. "Service" refers to the application that Users can utilize through digital devices such as smartphones and PCs.
2. "User" refers to the individual who agrees to these Terms and uses the Service.
3. "Account" refers to the login credentials registered by the User to access and use the Service.

Article 3 (Effectiveness and Amendment of the Terms)

1. These Terms shall become effective upon the User's agreement.
2. The Company may revise these Terms within the scope not violating relevant laws and regulations, and any changes will be announced through a notice within the Service.

Article 4 (Use of Service)

1. Users may freely use the functions provided within the Service.
2. Some features of the Service may be subject to future changes, additions, or suspension.

Article 5 (User Obligations)

The User shall not commit any of the following acts:

1. Stealing or misappropriating another person's account.
2. Interfering with the operation of the Service.
3. Violating laws or public order and morality.

Article 6 (Suspension of Service)

1. The Company may temporarily suspend the provision of the Service in unavoidable circumstances such as natural disasters, system failures, or routine maintenance checks.
2. The Company shall not be liable for any damages incurred due to the suspension of the Service.

Article 7 (Limitation of Liability)

1. The information and content provided in the Service are for simple reference only, and the Company is not responsible for the results stemming from the User's personal choices.
2. The Company is not responsible for service failures caused by the User's device status, network environment, or other related factors.

Article 8 (Governing Law and Jurisdiction)

These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the court where the Company's headquarters is located, as the court of first instance.
